I’ve now lost faith in the goodness of people. The comments underneath this article are truly sickening. Stop reinforcing rape culture and place responsibility on the rapist, not the victim. A woman should be free to drink as much as she’d like without fear of sexual assault. Period. To imply that rape is merely an inevitable consequence of irresponsible drinking is disgusting and unacceptable. Do these people not have sisters and mothers?
